Karin Ireland is an American author. Many of her books are self-help guides. ==Biography== Ireland writes and teaches in two areas: how to live with peace and success instead of struggle, and how to communicate easily and effectively in the workplace. Her latest book is ''The Job Survival Instruction Book: 400+ Tips, Trips, and Techniques to Stay Employed'' (ISBN 10: 1-4354-5710-2). Her book on how to live without struggle will be published soon. In her self-help workshops, Ireland teaches how the stories people tell themselves keep them stuck in unwanted experiences, and how changing those stories can eliminate unpleasant emotions like anger, fear, confusion, stress, frustration, and others. She learned these lessons herself when breast cancer motivated her to carefully weigh the advice of doctors. Following a lumpectomy, her doctors urged her to have a mastectomy, chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Instead, she decided to trust the guidance she was getting from her body and find a way to eliminate straggler cells by boosting her immune system instead of submitting to invasive and toxic treatments that could kill her even if the cancer didn’t. The experience resulted in her award-winning 2004 self-help memoir, ''Learning to Trust Myself: Lessons From Cancer and Other Life Dilemmas'' (ISBN 0-9761452-0-0). Ireland (through Ireland Communications) also teaches highly effective communication training in business organizations. Her corporate clients have included the Port of Los Angeles. Ireland has recently relocated to the San Francisco East Bay area of Fremont, CA. 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Karin Ireland」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
